Returns And Refunds

Products purchased from Surveillent.com can be returned within 15 days of the original purchase date only if they are brand new and have never been opened and will be returned to us in brand new resale condition.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 15 days
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The product isn't used or damaged
  • You have received a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number from us in advance.
  • All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

We do NOT accept the return downloadable items such as software, licenses, transformers or batteries, except when they have been determined to be defective upon arrival. In these cases, the item will be exchanged for the same exact item where applicable.

To obtain a Return Materials Authorization (RMA), please use the contact us link at Surveillent.com and have your web order number ready to enter. Send the product with its original packing materials and slip inside the box and the RMA number on the outside of the box.

Shipping charges:

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are your responsibility and are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Surveillent.com.

We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our digital software products.
