At Surveillent, we clearly state the manufacturer part number of every product we sell on each product page in several places for your research before you make an order. If you made an error and didn’t research it before you ordered you can return it to Surveillent within 30 days of receipt of item(s). Your item must be in brand new, factory sealed condition for Surveillent to accept the return and a restocking fee of up to 25% will apply. Any original shipping costs will not be refunded and you. Return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

An exception to this policy would be software, batteries, or media which will not be exchanged or replaced, even if it was never opened.

We must be notified of damaged in transit, defective, or dead on arrival shipments received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.

In order to return an item for a refund, repair or replacement, you will need to first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from us. Any packages shipped back us without this RMA number will be refused and shipped back to you. To request an RMA number, simply email us using our contact us page and we will help you from there.

Always use a separate shipping carton and do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package. The RMA number must be clearly written on the outer box. You will need to ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
