If you purchased the item within 30 days and the item(s) was never opened, never installed, and never opened then Surveillent will accept a return however we have a 15%-25% restocking fee that will apply to the refund. All original shipping costs will not be refunded and you will be responsible to ship and insure the item back to us at your own expense.

Software will not be exchanged or replaced, even if it was never opened, used, or activated.

Any order received defective will be exchange only.

Orders requested by the customer to be canceled while being processed or shipping are also subject to this return policy.
