Q. How can I contact Surveillent about a stock check on products?

A. Just use the "contact us" form and make sure you include the "Surveillent SKU" of the product on the webpage of ours you seen it on The "item number" will start with either a VEN1, VEN2, VEN3, etc... If you have several items then please reply with all of the "Surveillent SKUs".

Q. What is the condition of Surveillents products?

A. Our products (unless otherwise stated on the products page) are brand new factory sealed and ship complete just like if you bought them at your local supplier.

Q. Are Surveillent's products priced competitively?

A. Our goal is the have the most visible brands at the lowest prices. Period. Believe it or not, Surveillent staff members review all of the current listed products prices online using search engines and all shopping comparison sites on a daily basis to ensure we are the lowest prices. With thousands of products currently offered, we might not always be the lowest and therefore we cannot guarantee it. However, if you see the same exact brand new product being offered for less, we want to know about it and will do all we can to be the lowest price provider. Please visit our "Contact Us" webpage and send us an e-mail if you find it elsewhere for less. We want you to buy it from us and we will do what we can to earn your business.

Q. Will Surveillent sell its products to dealers/resellers?

A. Surveillent understands that everyone has to start from somewhere in order to establish an online history. Although we prefer selling to buyers with a previously established feedback history, we understand that it all starts with the first transaction and we would be proud to be your first.

Q. Will Surveillent accept my personal or corporate check?

A. Surveillent does accept personal and corporate checks directly mailed to ushowever your product will not ship until your check clears our bank. These checks take time to clear and this will delay your purchase from shipping. This is a strict policy and one that will not have exceptions.

Q. Are the Surveillent products covered under warranty?

A. All of the brand new products that Surveillent sells come with the full manufacturer's warranty.

Q. What types of payments does Surveillent accept?

A. Surveillent accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express as well as alternative payment methods like Paypal and Google Checkout. We also gladly accept your corporate and personal checks, money orders and cashier or certified checks. Please refer to our "Payments" page for additional methods of payment accepted.

Q. Will my Surveillent purchases be taxed?

A. We do NOT charge sales tax

Q. How can I check on the status of my order?

A. Please wait three full business days and if you have not received automated shipping status notification by then with tracking information then use our "contact us" page and include your six digit order number.

Q. What is the shipping cost?
